Self Graduate Fellowship Recruitment Enhancement Support Form
The Madison and Lila Self Graduate Fellowship offers the 21 SGF eligible departments Recruitment Enhancement Support Award for the 2018-2019 academic year. The goal of these funds is to support departments that are enhancing their recruitment strategies for applications to their degree programs with potential for nomination of applicants to the Self Graduate Fellowship. Proposals will be reviewed based on the quality of the plan submitted and the likelihood of highest quality of applicants.
Support of up to $5,000 is available to SGF-eligible departments/programs for 2018-2019. Additional funds may be available, depending on the number of proposals received. Information to be included in an "SGF Recruitment Enhancement Support Request" is listed below.
The Self Graduate Fellowship will work closely with faculty/staff and departments/programs that receive recruitment support regarding the inclusion of potential students in the Prospect system and follow-up with prospective applicants.
Departments/programs that receive support for 2018-2019 recruitment activities will be asked to report on the activities, the results, and the impact on the department/program recruiting capabilities.
