The Madison and Lila Self Graduate Fellowship’s main recruitment goal is to plan and implement activities for recruiting new Fellows, in collaboration with colleagues, graduate studies, and with the 21 eligible University of Kansas Ph.D. programs. The Recruitment Coordinator travels regionally and nationally to recruit at meetings and colleges/universities. The Recruitment coordinator seeks to identify and connect with prospective students who posses the potential and motivation to believe notable leaders and who can be expected to make a significant contribution to their chosen profession and to society.
