Biography

Curtis McLennan is a 2023-2027 Self Graduate Fellow pursuing his Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Kansas. He holds a B.S. in Physics and Applied Mathematics from Wheaton College (IL). His research focuses on a pathfinder experiment called the Radio Echo Telescope with an end goal of detecting ultra-high neutrinos. Neutrinos play a key role in understanding certain astrophysical processes and are unique in being an observed particle with a variety of unknown properties. He hopes that his research will open new doors to discoveries waiting just around the corner.
