Hannah Jones

Hannah Jones is a 2023-2024 Self Memorial Scholar pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of Kansas. Hannah is from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She currently holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Global and International Studies from the University of Kansas. In her undergraduate career, she interned at both Hope Faith Homeless Assistance Campus and Crosslines Community Outreach in Kansas City doing case management and street outreach with individuals experiencing homelessness. In her graduate career, she will work as a Transitional Living Support Specialist for Catholic Charities and intern at Swope Health in their Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient Department. As she begins her career, she is interested in mental health crisis response and homeless prevention and intervention.
