Biography —
Lilly Springer is a 2021-2025 Self Graduate Fellow pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics. She received a B.A. in Economics from Butler University (Indianapolis, IN) in 2021. Her undergraduate research focused on the economics of Broadway theatre. For her doctoral research, Springer studies the intersection of labor, health, and gender with a focus on questions about women's health and labor market outcomes. Upon finishing her Ph.D., Springer hopes to enter academia and continue researching and teaching. Outside of academia, Springer enjoys reading romance novels and volunteering at the library.
