Biography —
Lottie Keating is a 2026–2027 Self Memorial Scholar pursuing a Master of Accounting. She earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kansas in May 2026 with highest distinction from the School of Business. During her time as an undergraduate, she served as a Teaching Assistant for entry-level accounting courses, Seminar Assistant, Student Ambassador, and Administrative Assistant for the University Honors Program as well as Director of Career and Personal Development and Philanthropy Chair for the Chi Omega Lambda chapter. Lottie also completed summer internships with Security Benefit as a Staff Accountant Intern and Forvis-Mazars as an Audit/Tax Intern, in addition to an internship with Brand Innovators/Influential for the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. Before entering her Master's year, Lottie will complete an internship with Deloitte as an Audit/Assurance Intern in Chicago.
As a graduate student, Lottie will continue to be involved on campus as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for accounting courses. Lottie has also been nationally recognized as a Chi Omega Mary Love Collins Scholarship Recipient for her graduate year. After graduation, Lottie plans to pursue a career in assurance with Deloitte in Chicago, aiming to work on ESG/sustainability initiatives internationally.
